Interagency Agreement

Since 1989, statewide early intervention planning and service delivery for infants, toddlers and preschoolers has been based on a formal interagency agreement. This agreement was developed by the thirteen state agencies involved in providing or paying for services to young children and their families. It covers such areas as child eligibility determination and responsibilities for service delivery, service evaluation and personnel training.
