Regional and Local Interagency Coordinating Councils

Membership in the 100 county level organizations includes parents and representatives of the different service delivery agencies. Examples of their responsibilities include screening referrals for services and determining eligibility, planning Child Find and public awareness campaigns and identifying and planning for local service delivery needs.
